Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience designing, developing and validating precision optical systems.

• Develop setups and execute experiments in cleanroom environments.
• Optomechanical mounting design using SolidWorks or CAD software.
• Data analysis using MATLAB or Python.
• Documentation of design, testing methodology and results.

Technical expertise

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing and validating precision optical systems such as telescopes, optical systems for imaging, laser applications and metrology.
• Designing in Opticstudio Zemax or Code V.
• Develop setups and execute experiments in cleanroom to assess optical systems.
• knowledge of designing optomechanical mounting for optics using Solidworks or any CAD designing software.
• Analyzing the data with Matlab or python.
• Documentation of the design, testing methodology and results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D in Optical Engineering, Physics with Photonics specialization or a related field.
