Job summary

Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day ice cream production operations (mixing, freezing, packaging, etc.).
- Monitor manpower, shift schedules, and resource utilization.
- Ensure product quality, hygiene, and food safety compliance (FSSAI, HACCP).
- Maintain records of production data, wastage, and downtime.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Store departments.
