Job summary

Trigyn Technologies Limited in Mumbai seeks a Security Operations Associate to monitor branch video feeds, respond to alerts, and coordinate with the Quick Response Team during incidents. The role involves on-call support for branch arming/disarming, assisting field installation teams with CCTV configurations, and complying with SOPs while working rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Commerce / Science graduates with decent English / Hindi communication skills.
• 1–2 years of work experience involving customer handling and on-call support.
• Should be comfortable with operating software applications.
• Should have good grasp of organizational processes.
• Should be presentable to coordinate with S&S team.
• CCTV / Surveillance system knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Should be willing to work in rotational shifts including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle video monitoring of branches and alerts.
• Handle alerts generated by software and follow SOP workflows.
• Coordinate with on-road Quick Response Team during incidents and patrolling.
• Provide on-call support to branch managers for arming/disarming branches.
• Provide on-call support to field installation team for CCTV configurations and intrusion panels.
• Identify and coordinate with field team to report/resolving issues with intrusion panels/cameras/NVRs.
• Submit daily reports on QRT visits, arming/disarming, site faults.
• Periodic review of data in software for branches, police stations, fire stations, QRT, etc.
• Morning shift focuses on tech support to installation team; night shift focuses on video monitoring and incident handling.

Job Responsibilities

• Handling video monitoring of branches, handling alerts
• Handling Alerts generated by software, and follow SOP workflows
• Coordinating with on road Quick response team in event of incidents and patrolling
• Provide on call support branch managers for arming / disarming of branches
• Provide on call supporting to on field installation team for tech support on configuration of Video management system and intrusion panels etc.
• Identifying and coordinating with on field team for reporting / resolving technical issues faced over intrusion panels / cameras / NVRs
• Submitting daily reports on QRT visit, Arming / Disarming, Site faults etc.
• Periodic review of data in software for Branches, Police stations, Fire stations, QRT etc.
• Morning work is more of tech support to installation team and support to branch managers for arming / disarming
• Night work is more of video monitoring of branches / alerts and handling incidences and QRT team patrolling

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
