Job summary

Delhivery is seeking an Operations Trainer to oversee training for First Mile, MidMile, LastMile, FTL/LTL operations. The role focuses on performance metrics, role-based curricula, induction, and ongoing development across the network.

You will design, deliver, and evaluate training initiatives, manage the Delhivery Academy's trainers and LMS, coordinate onsite and virtual sessions, and travel PAN India to facilities. Strong analytics and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Responsibilities

Operations Trainer

The role will oversee the operations related training for different functions First Mile, MidMile,

LastMile, FTL Operations, LTL Operations. The core focus will be on performance related metricstraining, job role related scheduled curriculum training and induction training. The role

alsodemands superior analytics acumen to identify areas / facilities which require extra

emphasis ontraining. The Manager Training will research, design, develop, deliver, and

evaluates traininginitiatives that promote people capabilities throughout the organization. This

role also monitor theeffective roll out of training via 300+ Ops Coaches in the network.

Oversee the training team of Delhivery Academy by ensuring all the trainers achieve the

KPIs setby the organization.

Plans and coordinates all onsite and virtual training activities of the Ops staff (frontline to

middle-management) to include resource, calendar and venue coordination, facilitator

preparation, material preparation and/or other logistics related items. Ensures training records

are maintained.

Designs and delivers training - both face to face and virtual training within time and

budgetconstraints. Working with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SME's) to make

the trainingmore relevant to the business objective.

Monitors and evaluates training programs effectiveness, success, and outcome periodically.

Plan, conduct and oversee Ops metric focused on-the-job coaching and scheduled training

toimprove the performance of Ops facilities First Mile, Middle Mile, Last Mile, Returns, FTL

Ops, LTLOps, Fulfillment Ops.

Manages and oversees the learning management system (LMS) learning experience; analyzelearner performance and engagement. Work with team to enact any needed improvements orchanges needed.

Conducts effective induction and orientation sessions.

Communicates with key stakeholders to obtain knowledge and understanding of business needsand operations.

Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Head Delhivery Academy

Travel extensively (PAN India) to various Delhivery facilities as and when required

Interactionswith Internal and External Stakeholders - This role will interact with both internal

and externalgroups. Responsibilities are multi-faceted, working with Ops Functional and

Regional Heads, AcademyContent Team, Control Tower Team, Tech, Data Teams, third party

e-Learning Platform providers, National Skill Development Council etc.
