Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in banking operations including RTGS/NEFT, fund transfers and tax payments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Excel for daily tasks and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Handle RTGS, NEFT, fund transfers, and tax payments efficiently at branch, mid-office, or front office.
• Provide prompt and accurate support to customers and internal teams regarding transaction status and issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines during processing.
• Maintain transaction records and reports using Excel and internal banking systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies or escalations related to customer transactions.
• Monitor transaction queues and ensure timely execution of all payment instructions.
• Assist in audits and internal reviews by providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Continuously identify areas for process improvement and contribute to enhanced service delivery.
