• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines during transaction processing. Maintain and update transaction records and reports using Excel and internal banking systems. Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies or escalations related to customer transactions. Monitor transaction queues and ensure timely execution of all payment instructions. Assist in audits and internal reviews by providing necessary documentation and reports. Continuously identify areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancing service delivery.
