Job summary

Team Vertex Global Services in Gurugram is seeking a Team Leader for Domestic Process to lead a team of customer service executives in a domestic voice process. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of on-paper team lead experience in BPO, strong communication and leadership, and the ability to manage targets and quality standards.

Day shifts, 6 days a week, immediate joiners. Location: Sector 32, Gurugram (Sector 20, Gurgaon listed).

Qualifications

• Min 1 year of on-paper Team Lead experience in BPO or customer service.
• Experience in a domestic voice/customer service process preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Manage and lead a team of customer service executives in a domestic voice process.
• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of targets and quality standards.
• Handle customer escalations and provide guidance to team members.
