Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO or call center environment as a Team Leader or similar role.
• Proven track record in managing teams effectively, focusing on attrition control and shrinkage reduction.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in team leading, handling, management, supervision, and BPO is desirable.
