Job summary

Careernet is seeking a results-driven Operations Analyst to support process improvement initiatives across engineering, manufacturing and project management functions. You will map current processes, collect data, and propose Lean and Six Sigma-based solutions to reduce waste and boost efficiency.

You will prepare reports, track impact, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement standardized workflows and measure outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in operations support, process improvement, business analysis, or related function.
• Practical knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies for process improvement.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities to interpret operational performance information.
• Experience analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business or operational processes.
• Ability to support process improvement initiatives, standardized workflows, and implementation of operational solutions.

Responsibilities
