Job summary

HB+ is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Strategy Intern to join our Bhubaneswar team. This full-time, on-site role offers a monthly stipend and a pathway to growth in the fitness industry.

You will handle client interactions, inquiries, bookings, and membership management while assisting in improving operational efficiency. Ideal candidates are graduates or pursuing BBA/BBM with strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Graduate or pursuing degree in BBA/BBM (Sales, Marketing, Hospitality or Operations).
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative roles, or fitness industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients online and offline.
• Manage inquiries and bookings for sessions and personal training.
• Handle registrations, renewals, and cancellations of memberships.
• Process invoices and payments, cash and online.
• Maintain up-to-date member records and confidentiality.
• Support front desk operations and streamline processes.
• Collaborate with the team to improve member experience.

Stipend: 5,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a warm and enthusiastic Operations Strategy Intern to join our team. If you have a passion for resource allocation, process improvement, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy building client relations, we'd love to hear from you!

Duties & Responsibilities

• Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for all visiting clients both online and offline. Understand and convey the essence and values of HB+ and HOP, ensuring clients receive a warm and informative welcome.
• Inquiry and Booking Management: Efficiently handle client inquiries, provide comprehensive information about our services and facilities, and assist with booking sessions and scheduling personal training.
• Membership Management: Manage all aspects of membership including registrations, renewals, and cancellations. Ensure a seamless experience for members during all administrative interactions.
• Financial Transactions: Handle invoicing and process payments for services and memberships, both cash and online transactions, ensuring accuracy and security in all financial dealings.
• Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date member records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in line with company policies.
• Operational Support: Manage the front desk operations. Assist in streamlining operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the HB+ team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Participate actively in team meetings, contributing ideas for process enhancements and member experience improvement.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Qualification: Graduate or pursuing degree in BBA/BBM (Sales, Marketing, Hospitality or Operations).
• Experience: Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative roles, or fitness industry preferred.

Skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets and Drive.
• Familiarity with membership management systems is a plus.
