Whether it’s live-guided workouts, nutrition advice, or mental health support, HB+ is committed to helping people lead healthier, happier lives.

Fun fact: The “+” in HB+ represents our belief that fitness goes beyond physical health. It’s about mental clarity, emotional stability, and gut health —all combining to create holistic happiness. It is also inspired from the red cross symbol signifying health care and health aid.
At HB+, we are looking for growth-oriented individuals who thrive on challenges and see opportunities in problems. If you believe in creating solutions, contributing meaningfully to teams, and constantly evolving, we want you on our journey.
