Job Purpose

The Coordinator will be responsible for

• Managing communication with project partners, government agencies, and internal research teams
• Maintaining trackers for deliverables, timelines, and approvals
• Preparing project documentation including meeting minutes, progress reports, and stakeholder updates
• Supporting ethics and regulatory submissions
• Conducting literature reviews and evidence synthesis for ongoing research
• Organizing dissemination activities such as presentations and stakeholder briefings
• Assisting with outreach to identify promising AI solutions and use cases
