About The Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Back Office Executive (Operations & Pre-Sales) to join our growing solar energy team. In this dual role, you will bridge pre-sales client coordination with post-sales operational delivery—ensuring prospective clients receive technical proposals quickly and existing customers enjoy a seamless installation and after-sales support experience.

Key Responsibilities

Pre‑Sales Support

• Coordinate with the sales team to gather site details, energy usage patterns, and customer requirements.
• Prepare solar project proposals, quotation documents, system design layouts, and technical specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming leads, proposal statuses, and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Assist the sales team with preliminary feasibility reviews and solar subsidy application paperwork.

Operations & After‑Sales Support

• Track and manage solar projects from order confirmation through installation and commissioning.
• Coordinate with site engineers, suppliers, logistics partners, and local discom/grid authorities for net‑metering approvals.
• Maintain inventory logs, purchase orders, and project delivery schedules.
• Act as the primary back-office point of contact for customer complaints, maintenance requests, and warranty support post-installation.
• Follow up on pending customer payments, milestone billing, and solar plant commissioning certificates.
