Job summary

Kissht Finance in Kurla, Mumbai is seeking an Operations Manager to lead collections for an assigned region. You will manage recovery of overdue payments, guide the field team, and ensure daily collection work runs smoothly. The role requires 4+ years in collections, experience with NPA/unsecured loans, and strong MIS reporting and Excel skills. RBI compliance knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in collections, preferably NBFC or lending.
• Experience in NPA or unsecured loan collections.
• Good understanding of collection processes, bucket management and roll rate.
• Experience in handling field teams and collection agencies.
• Strong MIS reporting and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) skills.
• Knowledge of RBI compliance and audit reporting is a plus.
