Job summary

Hare Krishna Movement Charitable Foundation (HKMCF) seeks an Operations Manager to lead Central Kitchen operations, plan production, implement SOPs, and ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP and GMP.

The role requires 10–15 years of experience in Food Manufacturing or Cloud Kitchen, with UG and PG qualifications in operations and hospitality management. Strong vendor, inventory, and team leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• UG qualifications include BHM / BHMCT, BBA / BMS, or B Sc in Food Technology, Hospitality & Hotel Management.
• PG qualification: MBA/PGDM in Operations.
• 10–15 years of experience in Food Manufacturing/Cloud Kitchen is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead Central Kitchen operations and production planning.
• Implement and monitor SOPs across processes.
• Ensure FSSAI/HACCP/GMP compliance and quality standards.
• Manage procurement, inventory and vendor relationships.
• Provide team leadership and operational excellence.
