Required skills & qualifications:

1. Experience: 4 to 8 years in central banking operations, loan collections processing, or electronic payment processing.
2. Preferred Strengths: Hands-on experience with Bank Reconciliation (Bank Recon) and NACH Registration processing will be highly beneficial.
3. Software Proficiency: Excellent command over MS Office Suite with strong MS Excel expertise (Advanced Excel capabilities including VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, and large data management).
4. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on familiarity with core banking systems, PDC management workflows, and NPCI/NACH operational portals.
5. Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of NPCI guidelines, clearing cycles(NACH/ECS/PDC), and direct debit mechanisms.
6. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and exception-handling skills to diagnose and resolve payment failures quickly.
7. Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental coordination and bank partner management.
