Job summary

Beacon Trusteeship Limited in Bandra East, Mumbai seeks an Associate/Manager/Sr. Manager - Operations with 2-4 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on transaction synopsis, coordination with Legal, Compliance and Accounts, and ensuring timely execution and compliance of fees.

Responsibilities include ERP data entry, document custody, NOC processing, share custody, and daily operational tasks to meet customer TAT and data requirements such as BENPOS, QCR and HLY.

Qualifications

• Bcom / Mcom from a reputed College/University.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain transaction synopses and monitor occurrences.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance & Accounts to manage execution, compliance and fee recovery.
• Monitor interest payments and follow up with clients and authorities per SEBI guidelines.
• ERP data entry and related document uploads.
• Arrange execution with clients and POA or internal signatories.
• Invoice clearance for POA.
• Share custody and fund transfer activities.
• NOC processing for flat, redemption, part redemption, refinance, etc.
• Document custody and stock holding coordination.
• CERSAI site entry and related administrative tasks.
• Other day-to-day work as instructed by the reporting manager.
• Maintain turnaround time (TAT) for customer requests.

Operations Department (Role & Responsibility but is not limited to)

• Preparing and maintaining Synopsis for transaction and monitor even of occurrence for each new transaction.
• Coordinating with cross teams (Legal, Compliance & Accounts) and managing the work-related transaction / execution / compliance / recovery of our fees effectively.
• Interest payment monitoring includes follow up with clients and respective authorities as per SEBI guidelines.
• ERP data entry (All related documents uploading, payment schedule, Payment confirmation, execution related entries).
• Arrangement / co-ordination of execution with clients & POA or Internal signatories.
• Invoice clearance for POA.
• Share monitoring and fund transfer.
• NOC for Flat / NOC for redemption / part redemption / refinance / satisfaction etc.
• Coordination and List maintenance of documents custody (Stock Holding / Office / any other places).
• Pledge and unpledged of share.
• Custody letter processing.
• Cersei entry in CERSAI site.
• Annexure A.
• Other day to day work as instructed by the reporting manager.
• Maintaining the turnaround time for the requests/issues raised by the customers (TAT - detailed instruction will be circulated separately).
• Follow-up with clients for BENPOS, QCR, and HLY and any other data required from time to time.
