Job summary

Tminputs And Services, based in Chennai, seeks a Bank Reconciliation Operations Manager / Team Leader to oversee NACH/debit-credit reconciliation, settlements, and exception handling within Central Operations – Banking Operations.

The role requires strong Excel skills and experience in reconciliation, disbursement, and cross-functional coordination with banks and internal teams. You will lead a mid-to-senior team and drive accuracy and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• CA or MBA Finance preferred.
• 8–10 years in central operations banking, reconciliation, NACH, payments or lending operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end NACH debit/credit presentation and returns.
• Handle daily disbursement and bank reconciliation.
• Identify and resolve unmatched, failed, duplicate and reversed transactions.
• Monitor unidentified/unallocated receipts and outstanding items.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and reconciliation reports.
• Coordinate with banks, Finance, Accounts, Collections, Disbursement, Credit, IT and Customer Service teams.
• Lead the reconciliation/NACH operations team and monitor productivity and TAT.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, controls, maker-checker processes and audit requirements.

About the Role

A leading financial services organization in vehicle finance is looking for a Bank Reconciliation Operations Manager / Team Leader to manage NACH, bank reconciliation, payments, settlements, and exception handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end NACH debit/credit presentation and returns.


• Handle daily disbursement and collection bank reconciliation.


• Identify and resolve unmatched, failed, duplicate and reversed transactions.


• Monitor unidentified/unallocated receipts and outstanding items.


• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and reconciliation reports.


• Coordinate with banks, Finance, Accounts, Collections, Disbursement, Credit, IT and Customer Service teams.


• Lead the reconciliation/NACH operations team and monitor productivity and TAT.

Required Skills
