Job summary

NoBroker in Pune is looking for an experienced leader to run marketing and sales operations, coordinating cross-functionally to deliver BTL campaigns, optimize workflows, and ensure consistent brand execution across channels. You will partner with product, sales, and marketing to align initiatives with business goals and drive efficiency.

Key responsibilities include overseeing day‑to‑day operations, managing leads, CRM activities, and ensuring timely delivery of projects with high quality.

Qualifications

• 6-11 years of experience in Sales & Marketing Operations or related field.
• Strong understanding of Business Operations, Team Handling, Team Operations, BTL Activation, BTL Marketing concepts.
• Proven track record in managing multiple priorities simultaneously with attention to detail.

Responsibilities
