Job summary

3M India in Pune is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee complex manufacturing operations, ensure adherence to quality standards, and drive efficiency. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on involvement in day-to-day production.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, enforce safety policies, mentor staff, and ensure on-time delivery while controlling costs.

• Supervise and manage all production functions in a safe and economical manner.
• Oversee training, safety, product quality, cost control, and employee communications.
• May act as plant senior management representative on holidays, weekends, evenings and night shifts.
