Job summary

JobItUs is seeking a Production Manager in India, Gujarat region, Bharuch District. The role focuses on organizing production operations, optimizing resources, and leading cross-functional teams to meet quality, cost, productivity, and delivery targets.

The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, manage safety and environment compliance, and coordinate with maintenance, QA, and EHS teams to uphold high standards and customer specs.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Organization & Management

• Supervise, organize, and coordinate production operations to achieve quality, cost, productivity, and delivery targets.

• Plan and optimize resources including equipment, raw materials, manpower, and production capacity.

• Prepare and submit daily, monthly, and annual production reports.

• Coordinate with the maintenance department for preventive and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing equipment.

• Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimize production downtime.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues related to production machinery.

• Identify recurring equipment problems and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
