The ideal candidate will drive quality, enforce biosafety protocols, monitor TAT, optimize staffing and costs, and collaborate with laboratories and support teams to maintain service excellence.

• Monitor sample pickup schedules, TAT (Turnaround Time), and timely delivery to laboratories.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, biosafety, and sample-handling protocols.
• Handle patient complaints, operational issues, and service escalations.
• Coordinate with laboratories, customer support, and other departments.
• Track daily performance, attendance, productivity, and operational reports.
• Ensure adequate staffing and optimize operational costs.
• Maintain service quality, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
