The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in retail operations, preferably with perfume/fragrance or luxury brands, and a hands-on, problem-solving leadership style. This role requires strong communication and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in retail operations, multi-store management preferred.
• Experience with perfume/fragrance or luxury brands is a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of two retail stores in Mumbai. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, maintaining operational standards, managing inventory, supervising store teams, and supporting essential HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving, and the ability to drive operational excellence across both locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of both retail stores, ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, operational policies, and customer service standards.
• Supervise and support store teams, monitor productivity, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Manage employee attendance, shift scheduling, leave records, and coordinate basic HR activities including onboarding and documentation.
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, stock transfers, and periodic stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Monitor store maintenance, housekeeping, visual standards, and coordinate with vendors for operational requirements.
• Review sales and operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and submit regular reports to management.
• Resolve operational issues promptly while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in retail operations, preferably managing multiple store locations.
• Prior experience with a perfume, fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail brand will be highly preferred.
