Job summary

Capri Global Capital (CGCL) seeks an experienced mortgage operations professional to lead end-to-end processing with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. You will manage day-to-day operations, validate documentation, monitor SLAs and KPIs, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with mortgage requirements while coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of mortgage lifecycle, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day mortgage operations with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Execute mortgage processes across relevant stages of the operational lifecycle.
• Review and validate mortgage documentation, data, and transactions as per defined guidelines.
• Identify and resolve process gaps, exceptions, and operational issues.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth processing.
• Maintain defined SLAs, KPIs, quality, and productivity standards.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to processes, controls, and procedures.
• Handle escalations and independently resolve complex operational issues.
• Support process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates on process performance.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable mortgage requirements.
