Roles And Responsibilities

Lead banking or mortgage operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experience.

• Responsible for managing end-to-end operational processes, leading high-performing teams, driving process improvements, mitigating operational risk, and supporting strategic business initiatives.
• Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and service quality.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements, implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
