Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in logistic and supply chain management.
• Five years experience in Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure targets are met.
• Develop and implement production plans; monitor KPIs (OEE, downtime, output).
• Coordinate with QA/QC to ensure process compliance and reduce rework.
• Drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing and Kaizen.
• Manage logistics and dispatch; ensure timely delivery and routing optimization.
• Source suppliers, evaluate quotes, and negotiate pricing/contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure quality and delivery adherence.
• Inventory management: inbound/outbound, Min-Max, FIFO; audits and documentation.

We are looking for a highly organized and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our operational activities, including production planning, logistics, purchase, and store management. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operations, cost-effective procurement, and timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality and safety standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Planning

• Oversee daily production activities, ensure output meets quality and delivery targets.
• Develop and implement production plans, monitor KPIs (OEE, downtime, output).
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams to maintain process compliance and reduce rework.
• Drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing and Kaizen.

Logistics & Dispatch

• Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers and between internal departments.
• Coordinate with transport vendors, optimize routing and freight costs.
• Monitor shipment status, documentation, and resolve dispatch-related issues.
• Forecast material requirements based on production plans.
• Source suppliers, evaluate quotes, and negotiate pricing/contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality compliance, and delivery adherence.
• Maintain relationships with key vendors and manage alternate sourcing.

Store & Inventory Management

• Manage inward/outward movement of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Implement and monitor inventory control systems (Min-Max, FIFO).
• Conduct physical stock audits, manage discrepancies, and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and storage practices.

Operational Excellence

• Track KPIs for each department and provide regular performance reports.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Ensure cross-functional coordination between production, purchase, logistics, and store teams.
• Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and operational SOPs.
• Strong knowledge of production workflows, inventory systems, and procurement.
• Proficient in MS Excel, ERP software (Tally, SAP, ERPNext, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and vendor negotiation.
• Knowledge of ISO/QMS/5S/Lean systems is a plus.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in logistic and supply chain management.
• Five years experience in Operations.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position with standard working hours i.e. 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.
