UBX Cloud is a global cloud and managed services provider with its headquarters in Michigan, USA, and India operations headquartered in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. With data center presence across the USA, India, and Europe, UBX Cloud delivers private and hybrid cloud, IT infrastructure, backup and disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and managed IT services.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to lead our India business operations, manage cross-functional teams, improve operational efficiency, and drive business performance while working closely with our US leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Operations & Leadership

• Manage daily operations across all India business functions.


• Lead weekly operational reviews and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.


• Establish clear responsibilities, reporting structures, and accountability.


• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.


• Ensure smooth coordination between India and US teams.

2. Technical Service Delivery

• Oversee technical team performance and customer support operations.


• Ensure SLA compliance, incident management, and timely escalations.


• Coordinate technical resources and manage service delivery priorities.


• Ensure proper documentation, change management, and operational procedures.


• Work with senior technical resources and US leadership on complex technical issues.


• Monitor sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue targets.


• Coordinate with sales teams on new business, renewals, and upselling opportunities.


• Track customer retention, account performance, and potential revenue risks.


• Ensure effective collaboration between sales and technical teams.\

4. Financial & Business Performance

• Monitor operational expenses, profitability, and budget adherence.


• Coordinate with finance on monthly reporting, collections, and outstanding receivables.


• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.


• Track business KPIs and provide monthly management reports.


• Ensure financial decisions follow approved authorization limits.

5. People Management & HR Coordination

• Manage employee performance, productivity, and team accountability.


• Coordinate with HR on recruitment, attendance, onboarding, and employee concerns.


• Conduct performance reviews and recommend improvements.


• Develop second-level leadership within the organization.

Required Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in team or business operations management.


• Experience in IT services, MSP, cloud infrastructure, data center operations, or managed services.


• Proven ability to manage technical and cross-functional teams.


• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, backup, disaster recovery, and customer support operations.


• Experience with financial reporting, operational budgets, and business KPIs.


• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


• Experience coordinating with international teams
