Skilled in process management, performance monitoring, resource planning, and cross-functional coordination to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence. Adept at driving standardization, cost optimization, and productivity improvements while ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance standards, and customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee centralized operational activities across departments, regions, or business units.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous performance improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business processes.
• Standardize operational procedures, policies, and workflows across the organization.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective process improvement solutions.
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources including manpower, systems, and infrastructure.
• Manage budgets, operational costs, and drive cost optimization initiatives.
