Job summary

Subhadra Jobs seeks an Operations Manager with a strong International BPO background and proven leadership. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of overall experience and at least 2 years in a managerial role, with expertise in KRA/KPI, metric calculations, attrition, shrinkage, manpower and capacity planning, and AHT analysis.
