Job summary

TRANSFORMPLUS is seeking a Manager Operations for the International Domestic campaign. This role involves overseeing operations across Pan India with flexibility for WFO/Hybrid/WFH modes, joining within 30 days, and handling 50-70 agents.

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in international domestic campaigns, proven leadership, and strong communication to drive performance and staff retention.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in international domestic campaigns.
• Currently at Deputy Manager or Manager grade for international domestic campaigns.
• Experience handling 50-70 agents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations for the international domestic campaign.
• Conduct weekly team reviews and drive goal achievement.
• Monitor KPI, RCA and implement 7QC tools.
