Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations management, preferably in the water treatment industry.
• Basic understanding of water treatment plant operations and site management.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to independently handle client-site operations.
• Willingness to travel or work from client locations across Bengaluru.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities at assigned client locations.
• Monitor and ensure efficient functioning of water treatment systems and plant operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments, technicians, and client representatives for operational requirements.
• Maintain operational reports, records, and site-related documentation.
