Job summary

Casa Grande PropCare Pvt Ltd seeks an Operations Manager for Facility Management to oversee day-to-day FM operations across multiple client locations. You will ensure delivery of Technical, Soft Services, Housekeeping, Security, MEP, and related services, while managing client relationships for high satisfaction and service quality.

You will conduct site visits, monitor SLA/KPI performance, coordinate with HR for manpower, and drive cost efficiency and continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have exposure to Integrated Facility Management/ FM operations.
• Excellent client handling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facility management operations across assigned client locations.
• Ensure delivery of Technical, Soft Services, Housekeeping, Security, MEP, and other FM services.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Conduct regular site visits and audits to monitor operational performance and compliance.
• Oversee manpower deployment, attendance, shift management, and workforce productivity.
• Coordinate with HR for manpower requirements, deployment, and replacements.
• Monitor SLA/KPI performance and close operational gaps and client complaints.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, fire, environmental, and client-specific requirements.
• Review site-level MIS, manpower reports, incident reports, maintenance reports, and client feedback.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day facility management operations across assigned client locations.
• Ensure effective delivery of Technical, Soft Services, Housekeeping, Security, MEP, and other facility management services.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Conduct regular site visits and audits to monitor operational performance and compliance.
• Ensure adequate manpower deployment, attendance, shift management, and workforce productivity.
• Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for manpower requirements, deployment, and replacements.
• Monitor SLA/KPI performance and ensure timely closure of operational gaps and client complaints.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, fire, environmental, and client-specific requirements.
• Monitor service quality, productivity, consumables, equipment, and operational costs.
• Review site-level MIS, manpower reports, incident reports, maintenance reports, and client feedback.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Support the Business Development team during new client mobilization, site surveys, solution design, and operational costing.
• Drive cost optimization, process improvement, employee productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Manage escalations and resolve client concerns within agreed timelines.
• Ensure timely submission of operational reports and MIS to management.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with site teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead the mobilization and transition of new contracts and ensure smooth handover from implementation to steady-state operations.
• Prepare and implement SOPs, checklists, preventive maintenance schedules, and operational processes.
