• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and ensure effective branch functioning.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch operations and hospital administration.
• Ensure smooth patient flow, registration, billing, and patient care services.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams to ensure efficient consultations and patient support.
• Supervise front office, patient care, and other support staff.
• Manage staff scheduling, resource allocation, and administrative activities.
• Monitor patient experience, service quality, and operational performance.
• Handle patient grievances and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Prepare operational MIS reports and support management in achieving branch targets.
• Drive operational efficiency and maintain high standards of patient satisfaction.
