• Assist in client onboarding and documentation.
• Collect and verify KYC documents and account opening forms.
• Scan, organize, and upload client documents to the CRM and other operational platforms.
• Process and verify Mutual Fund transactions using approved systems.
• Update transaction records whenever manual intervention is required.
• Perform data reconciliation and maintain accurate operational records.
• Generate transaction reports, account statements, and operational MIS.
• Maintain organized digital and physical documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
• Support day-to-day operational activities and other assigned responsibilities.
