StarClinch, India's leading online artist booking platform, is seeking an Operations Intern to support onboarding and profile management of artists at our Okhla Phase 2 office.
You will update, format, and maintain artist profiles, perform online research to collect performance rates, coordinate with artists or reps, and help streamline data entry for internal teams. This 6-month internship offers hands-on exposure to artist management and potential for full-time opportunities.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Intern to support the onboarding and profile management of artists on our platform, StarClinch.com. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, good command of English, and a keen eye for detail. The intern will be responsible for manually updating, formatting, and maintaining artist profiles on our website, researching artist information online, and coordinating with relevant contacts to obtain accurate data such as performance rates.
Update and format artist profiles on the platform, ensuring consistency and accuracy of information (bio, images, categories, etc.). Research and gather artist details (social media, work history, etc.) using Google and other online platforms. Communicate with artists or their authorized representatives to collect missing details and confirm booking rates. Understand and address artist concerns related to their profiles or listings. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the data entry and profile management process. Maintain a database of artists with updated information for internal use. Ensure all profiles meet the quality standards and guidelines of the platform.
Experience in coordination, content management, or any communication-based role (preferred not mandatory). Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to understand and communicate with artists from diverse categories (musicians, comedians, dancers, etc.). Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and formatting. Comfortable with web research and using online tools for data collection. Familiarity with social media and basic understanding of the entertainment industry is a plus. Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently.
