Job summary

Sprive, a London-based fintech, offers a 3-month operations internship in Bengaluru with a view to converting to full-time. Working hours are 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, starting in the September 3rd week.

You will engage with founders, support customer success, and assist with analytics while gaining mentorship in a fast-growing fintech environment. The role requires pursuing a degree in business/finance/economics, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Success:

• Work closely with the team to help resolve customer issues
• Contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving
• Implement technology projects to improve and scale up the customer experience

Analytics:

• Analyse data related to customers, campaign and process effectiveness
• Prepare reports for leadership to support data-driven decision-making within the team
