Job Position: Market Research and Strategy Intern

Duration: 3 Months

Ctruh is seeking a motivated, analytical, and proactive Market Research and Strategy Intern to join our dynamic team for a 3 months internship. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup environment and contribute directly to innovative projects. As an intern, you will play a critical role in supporting the founder and the strategy team in developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive the companys growth, including our upcoming Pre-Series A fundraising journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for growth.
• Data Analysis: Utilize various analytical tools and methodologies to analyze data, track metrics, and create detailed reports.
• Strategy Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the companys strategic decision-making process. Assist in evaluating performance, identifying growth opportunities, and providing recommendations based on research.
• Presentation Creation: Assist the team in developing presentations and reports to clearly communicate findings and strategic insights, using visual aids, charts, and compelling storytelling techniques.
• Fundraising Assistance: Play an active role in supporting the team through the entire fundraising journey, from research to documentation and investor outreach as Ctruh prepares for its Pre-Series A round.
• Accelerator Program Applications: Help draft and submit applications for accelerator programs that align with the companys goals, providing strategic input to maximize the companys opportunities for growth.
• Innovation and Insights: Think creatively to provide unique insights and solutions to complex business problems, contributing to the identification of new opportunities for product and service improvement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments across the organization, gathering information and ensuring that strategies are implemented effectively.
• Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and managing documentation related to the founder's office.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge or background in technology is a must.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, make data-driven decisions, and present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools for tracking and analyzing key metrics.
• Excellent writing and communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and support applications for accelerator programs and fundraising documentation.
• Creative presentation skills, with the ability to use tools like PowerPoint or Canva to create visually compelling and impactful reports.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a creative thinker with a knack for finding out-of-the-box solutions to business challenges.
• Basic understanding of fundraising and exposure to the startup ecosystem is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Previous exposure to a startup environment or strategic consulting is an advantage.
• Good to have completed or currently pursuing an MBA, but candidates from any educational background are encouraged to apply.
