Job summary

A tech-enabled mobility platform is looking for an intern to assist in managing class schedules and customer interactions. This role requires good coordination skills and the ability to handle multiple requests. Interns will gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup environment and have the chance to work closely with the founding team. Attention to detail and basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily class scheduling between learners and instructors.
• Assist learners in booking and resolving scheduling queries.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Coordination

• Manage daily class scheduling between learners & instructors
• Ensure optimal slot allocation with minimal conflicts
• Act as the bridge between customers and instructors

Customer Interaction (Scheduling-Focused)

• Assist learners in booking and planning their classes
• Resolve scheduling-related queries (timings, availability, changes)
• Ensure a smooth and hassle-free learning experience

Operations Execution

• Track daily schedules and completion rates
• Identify gaps in scheduling and suggest improvements
• Maintain accurate records using internal tools / sheets
