Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Delhi for the role of Operations Head - Edtech at Aimlay Pvt Ltd. The Operations Head will oversee daily operations, develop and implement strategic plans, manage and optimize team workflows, and ensure organizational goals are met. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating with various departments, analyzing operational performance, and managing budgets effectively while ensuring alignment with the company’s educational mission.

Qualifications- Operational Experience in handling post admission process

• Experience required is minimum 12 years
• Strong expertise in Operations Management and Budgeting for effective planning, execution, and resource allocation.
• Highly developed Analytical Skills for monitoring performance and making data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in Team Management and Communication to lead cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and ensure effective collaboration across departments.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and align operational practices with organizational goals.
• Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic edtech environment, with a passion for fostering educational access and innovation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; prior experience in an edtech or educational organization is a strong advantage.
