Job summary

ABP Empower is seeking an Education Operations Manager to oversee daily campus or EdTech workflows, including faculty scheduling, student onboarding, and compliance. The role demands strong leadership and at least five years in education administration or EdTech operations.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage exams and timetables, and ensure smooth operation of on-site or LMS-based processes. Based in Chandigarh, the role is full-time and requires a proactive, organized leader.

Will be heading Operational & Admin Department- which will have overall Admin Task, CRM, Stock Management, Purchase, Vendor Management etc. Minimum 5 Years in Operational. Leadership Experience must. Relevant Experience in Educational Trade mustAn Operations Manager in an education or EdTech company oversees daily campus or digital workflows, faculty scheduling, student onboarding, and compliance. Core Responsibilities

Academic Coordination: Manage class timetables, faculty assignments, and exam workflows.

Student & Parent Support: Oversee student onboarding, fee tracking, and inquiry handling.

Facility & Resource Management: Monitor campus upkeep, safety, and infrastructure (if on-site) or LMS tools (if online).

Cross-Functional Link: Connect sales, marketing, and academic teams to hit growth and retention goals.

Compliance & Reporting: Maintain student records and ensure adherence to institutional or local rules.

Key Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or Human Resources (Masters is a plus).

Experience: 5 years of background in Education administration, coaching centers, or EdTech operations.

Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Soft Skills: Strong time management, team leadership, and parent/student communication.
