Vertiv is seeking a Junior Plant Controller for the Ambernath Annex in Maharashtra, India. This role sits in Operations Finance and partners with operations to own the plant numbers, including the factory P&L, hourly rate tracking, and KPI reporting.
The incumbent will closely collaborate with operations to drive cost control and manufacturing performance. The ideal candidate holds CMA ICMAI qualification, 3–4 years of manufacturing plant finance/controlling experience, and hands-on Oracle ERP

CMA (ICMAI) — Qualified
This is a core plant finance role — you'll be sitting at the plant, working closely with operations, and owning the numbers that drive manufacturing performance. From tracking hourly rates to building the factory P&L, you'll be the finance partner the plant relies on daily. If you've worked in a manufacturing setup and enjoy being close to the action, this is your kind of role.
CMA (ICMAI) — Qualified
3–4 years in a manufacturing plant finance / plant controlling role
Well-versed with Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
Core manufacturing (mandatory) — preferably heavy engineering, electrical, or process industry
Hands-on Oracle ERP experience (GL, Costing, Inventory modules)
Strong understanding of CAS, standard costing, variance analysis, absorption costing
Strong verbal and written communication — can present to plant leadership confidently
Advanced — pivots, lookups, large data handling, dashboard-level MIS
