Job summary

Joinimagine is seeking a Service Centre Operations Associate in India to support inbound workflows and SOP adherence. You will monitor daily scans, pre-alerts, and delivery planning to ensure timely shipments and efficient service.

Responsibilities include briefing staff, handing over delivery sheets, and enabling safe, profitable deliveries while minimizing undelivered shipments and RTOs. Experience in logistics operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to SOPs for service centre inbound operations
• Monitor daily in-scan and out-scan of shipments and related paperwork
• Check pre-alerts to track daily loads and plan delivery schedules
• Conduct daily staff briefings including operational and route changes
• Check and hand over delivery sheets to the delivery staff
• Ensure safe, timely and profitable delivery of shipments and minimize undelivered shipments, RTOs

Job description

• Check and hand over delivery sheets to the delivery staff
• Ensure safe, timely and profitable delivery of shipments to customers and reduce instances of undelivered shipments, RTOs etc
