Job description

• Assist as a support point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Help manage and organize operational information and documentation.
• Support updates and maintenance of POS systems and operational records.
• Track and assist in reporting key operational metrics (KPIs).
• Help handle and document customer queries or complaints, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements under guidance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and alignment.
• Assist in preparing emails, reports, presentations, and internal communications.
• Take meeting notes and support in tracking action items to ensure closure.
