The ideal candidate has a hotel management background, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage high-volume operations in a fast-paced FoodTech environment. Fresher-friendly; 0–3 years of experience accepted, with focus on site coordination and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• On-Site Operations: Oversee daily corporate cafeteria operations, smooth food counter flow, and site logistics.
• Vendor & Supply Management: Coordinate with partner kitchens and vendors to ensure quality standards, food safety, and compliance with SLAs.
• Digital & Tech Adoption: Assist users on-site with app-based ordering, digital payments, and automated kiosk systems.
• Audit & Quality Control: Perform routine hygiene checks, service audits, and handle site escalation processes.
• Customer Support: Gather employee feedback and resolve queries to maintain high customer satisfaction.
