Job summary

JP Morgan Services India Pvt Ltd seeks an Associate- Dining Manager to partner with the Head of Employee Dining in Bengaluru and lead a comprehensive dining strategy across the India Corporate Centers. You will collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and partners to elevate dining experiences while ensuring compliance and governance.

You will develop menus, supervise contract staff, manage budgets and KPIs, drive cost controls, and maintain hygiene standards, ultimately delivering service

Qualifications

• Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent diploma.
• 10–12 years of foodservice experience.
• Strong client focus and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to develop long-term program strategies.
• Interpersonal skills and budget accountability.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop menus, programs, and concepts with caterers for cafeteria deployment.
• Manage and supervise contract staff in cafeterias and pantries.
• Coordinate catering activities and track service metrics.
• Oversee business risk, controls, and governance.
• Manage supplier performance and build professional relationships.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs, ensuring hygiene and sanitation standards.

• Liaise with construction and sourcing teams for project and supplier agreements.
