Responsibilities

• Assist in generating Client Account Statements (CAS) through MF Central using OTP-based client authentication
• Receive CAS documents from clients and upload on the internal portal
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers to collect pending CAS documents and follow up
• Upload and maintain accurate client portfolio information on internal systems
• Review Excel-based summaries generated after CAS uploads
• Assist in comparing and reconciling data between CAS and MF Central reports
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and coordinate with RM for resolution
• Prepare portfolio analysis/reconciliation reports for Relationship Managers
• Maintain proper records and complete activities within timelines
• Support Mutual Fund Operations and portfolio-related activities as required

What You’ll Do

• Assist in generating Client Account Statements (CAS) through MF Central using OTP-based client authentication.
• Receive CAS documents from clients and ensure they are uploaded accurately on the designated internal portal.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers to collect pending CAS documents and follow up for timely submission.
• Upload and maintain accurate client portfolio information on internal systems.

• Assist in comparing and reconciling data between CAS and MF Central reports.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and coordinate with the relevant RM for resolution.
• Prepare portfolio analysis/reconciliation reports and share them with the respective Relationship Managers.
• Maintain proper records and ensure all assigned activities are completed within timelines.
• Support the team in other Mutual Fund Operations and portfolio-related activities as required.
