Job summary

Mehsana Next Park Private Limited is hiring an Operations Executive to support daily park operations, coordinating with Guest Relations, Security, Housekeeping, F&B and maintenance to uphold high service standards and guest safety.

The ideal candidate is a graduate with 2–5 years of experience in amusement/theme parks or customer-facing roles, with strong coordination and problem-solving skills for a safe, enjoyable guest experience in Mehsana, Gujarat.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in Amusement Parks/Theme Parks, Hospitality, Retail, or other customer-facing operations preferred.
• Strong guest service and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor day-to-day park operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Coordinate with Guest Relations, Security, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and other operational teams.
• Ensure high standards of guest service, cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor operational areas and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Support crowd management and smooth movement of guests during peak hours and special events.
• Conduct regular operational checks and report deviations to the reporting manager.
• Maintain daily operational reports, checklists, incident reports, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of maintenance and facility-related issues.
• Support the planning and execution of events, promotions, and special activities at the park.
• Monitor staff deployment and assist in ensuring adequate manpower availability across operational areas.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and statutory safety requirements.
• Support emergency response and incident management as required.
