Job summary

MSHAQUE Clinic Pvt. Ltd. in Kolkata is seeking a dedicated operations coordinator to support daily clinic activities and ensure smooth patient care across Ayurvedic and Unani services.

You will handle appointments, coordinate with doctors, reception and pharmacy, maintain records, and generate daily reports while upholding high standards of patient service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 1–2 years in healthcare, clinic ops, or patient coordination.
• Fluent in Bengali, Hindi and English.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinic operations and maintain cleanliness.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, confirm appointments, follow up on treatments.
• Coordinate with Ayurvedic and Unani doctors, receptionist, and pharmacy.
• Maintain patient records, update follow-ups, and prepare daily reports.
• Resolve patient concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: 1-2 years in healthcare, clinic operations, customer service, or patient coordination.
• Languages: Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
• Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word).
