Operations Executive Academic Operations
Role Summary
Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya is looking for an Operations Executive – Academic Operations to run the operational backbone of academic delivery across our programs (CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, Foundation, JEE, NEET). The role owns batch and teacher scheduling, attendance and test-cycle tracking, and session-quality reporting — working closely with Academic Mentors, Academic Heads, and teachers to keep delivery on track and flag issues before they affect learner outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own batch scheduling and teacher allocation — timetables, batch shuffling, and batch management — in coordination with Academic Heads and teachers.
- Track attendance, classwork (CW), and homework (HW) completion across batches; flag chronic non-attendance or drop-off for AM/teacher follow-up.
- Coordinate the ILTS/CT/CPT test cycle end-to-end — scheduling, data collection, and score consolidation — and maintain grade-wise and batch-wise performance trackers.
- Track teacher workload, session delivery, and timetable adherence; maintain teacher calendars and coverage plans for leave/absence.
- Prepare academic delivery reports and review decks (weekly delivery reviews, Academic Head reviews, monthly/quarterly reviews) for leadership.
- Maintain subtopic/curriculum-tracking sheets to ensure syllabus coverage stays on schedule across batches.
- Coordinate with Learner Engagement and Renewals teams on academic data needed for intervention, renewal, and escalation conversations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; a background in education, academic coordination, or operations is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting); comfort handling large, session-wise data sets.
- High attention to detail — comfortable reconciling attendance, test, and score data across multiple batches and sources.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with teachers, Academic Mentors, and Academic Heads.
- Ability to manage multiple batch/grade trackers and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced academic calendar.
- Basic understanding of K-12 academic structures and board exam patterns (CBSE/ICSE/State Boards) is an advantage.
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Prior experience in academic operations, school/EdTech administration, or curriculum coordination.
- Experience building PowerPoint decks or dashboards for academic leadership reviews.
