Job summary

Confidential in Gujarat (Ahmedabad region) seeks an experienced Operations Specialist to manage real-time driver dispatch, monitor live operations, and resolve escalations while meeting KPIs.

You will oversee daily operations, act as the primary contact for chauffeurs and partners, and coordinate with supply and account teams to ensure seamless service. Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in logistics are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 2-3 years of operations experience in the Logistic industry (Live driver dispatch, Route planning, Driver allocation, Shift operations, Incident management, Driver support, Customer Service, Fleet coordination)
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of initiative and customer service orientation
• Ability to adapt and achieve targets in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment
• Experience with the online marketplace is desirable
• Ideally a keen interest in the Transportation industry
